My first match of 2017.
The first time I have seen these two play each other in competitive competition. A great Scott Sinclair goal got Celtic on their way but it wasn't until late in the game they secured a place in the next round.
Rod Stewart is in town (Airdrie) to help with the draw for the next round and made quite an impression.

While Celtic are at Ibrox I took the chance to visit a new ground - Turf Moor and add a new club to the collection - Burnley. A Sunderland game without Daniel (although I was in the home end) and another 4-1 defeat for David Moyes' side.

Patrick Roberts on loan from City scores against them to earn Celtic a draw in the final Champions League Group match.
We are in the City end. Unfortunately not very friendly but just good to be at an away European tie.
This was my 6th European tie in England with Celtic (Old Trafford 3, City Ground, Ewood Park and now Etihad Stadium)

My 16th Scottish League Cup Final - 14 of which involved Celtic.
