Flag day at Celtic Park as Celtic receive the Championship flag in recognition of last seasons' title triumph. Aberdeen are the opposition for the first match of the league campaign.
Celtic get off to a quick fire start with a goal inside three minutes. The game drifts into abit of a lull for much of the second half until Jota scores a wonder goal on the 75th minute mark.

- Since my 1st Celtic-Aberdeen match in March 1981 I've only missed one of the games played outside of Pittodrie Stadium between the sides which was in October 1999 (a 7-0 home win). Not counting the fan-less Covid season it's a run of 94 games out of 95.
